As part of Western Colloid’s ongoing commitment to unmatched customer service and technical assistance, this training resource is offered at no charge to contractors — whether they are new applicators or experienced professionals who have been installing Western Colloid systems for decades.

Course Details
The training series consists of 13 numbered instructional videos totaling approximately one hour of content. Additional setup videos — recommended for Foremen, Project Managers, and Superintendents — add approximately one more hour of training.
All videos are available in English with closed caption settings that can be adjusted within YouTube to support multiple languages. Additional resources are also available on Western Colloid’s website and YouTube channel.
Western Colloid encourages all installation team members to complete the 13-video core series, while supervisory staff are additionally encouraged to view the supplemental setup modules.

This training series is designed to highlight the most common tools, techniques, and best practices for maximizing efficiency and quality. It is not intended to be all-inclusive, and specifications covered in the videos may not apply to every project.
Applicators are always encouraged to consult with their local Western Colloid representative before beginning any new project. Written specifications for all Western Colloid systems are available on the company website and should be followed unless otherwise directed by a representative.
