Q.) What is your position?

A.) Office Manager is my title but as with any small office I wear many hats.  Customer service, order processing, dispatching, in addition to the other tasks required to keep the office running smooth.

Q.) How long have you been working for Western Colloid?

A.) 9 years

Q.) What service do you provide your customers that you feel is important?

A.) That I put an emphasis on keeping them informed of the status of their orders.

Q.) What do you want your customers to know about you?

A.) That I try to do my best to keep everyone happy, which sometimes is not possible. I always try to do what I can for them. I love my customers!

Q.) What is the most valuable lessons you learned about customer service since working for Western Colloid?

A.) The importance of communication between distributors and contractors.

Q.) What is your most Frequently asked question when helping a customer?

A.) If we are open on weekends.

Q.) What is the thing you like most about Western Colloid as a Company?

A.) The support system to begin with. Everyone is willing to lend a hand or help one another out if needed!  Plus, Western Colloid makes me feel appreciated.

Q.) What makes you smile when you think about your job?

A.) It’s hard to pinpoint one thing.  I love my job.
